Floor Sanding & Polishing
We sand floors back to bare timber, then apply a protective coating in your choice of a matte, satin, or gloss finish.
Floor Staining
Before the final polish, we can apply a stain to change or enhance the timber's colour, such as a whitewashed or limewashed finish.

Timber Floor Sanding Randwick
We do a lot of work in Randwick on original hardwood floors in older terraces and Federation homes. These floors are often in good condition underneath years of wear and just need sanding and refinishing to bring them back.
Our team has also worked on apartments, both directly with owners and through real estate agencies. Along Belmore Road, we've sanded floors in retail, medical and office spaces, working around business hours where needed.

Bondi’s homes change with the distance from the beach. We've sanded and polished timber floors in older flats and units throughout Bondi, particularly where original floorboards have been uncovered during renovations. Closer to Bondi Junction, we also work on Federation homes and Victorian terraces, restoring existing hardwood floors that have seen years of use.
